Position Details

As a Sales Accounts Executive at BPK Tech, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and business development efforts within the IT Sector sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition and Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the healthcare, IT, product, consulting, and technology sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.

· Sales Cycle Management: Understand the sales cycle and effectively manage it from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, and track progress using CRM tools.

· Client Account Growth: Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering additional value through our products and services.

· Appointment Booking: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, providing them with insights into our solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of BPK Tech.

· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

· Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

· Sales Presentation and Demos: One of the key responsibilities is to excel in delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. This involves engaging with potential clients and showcasing our solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven track record of at least 3-7 years in sales and business development, preferably within the Health-tech, healthcare, IT, software product, consulting, or technology sectors, software selling experience is a huge plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our products and services

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
