Position SummaryAs an Account Supervisor at The 360 Agency, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing client accounts. You will be responsible for participating in strategic planning, campaign development, client relationship management, and team management. You will manage multiple accounts to ensure client needs and expectations are met. You act as the primary contact between the client and the organization, and work with various agency teams to execute projects smoothly. Your ability to maintain strong client relationships, drive innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional results will be essential to the success of our agency.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives and target audiences.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring they deliver high-quality work and meet project deadlines.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to the agency's growth.
  • Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, internal teams, and industry audiences.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in account management or a similar role within an advertising or branding agency.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing landscape, including social/digital, experiential, branding and advertising.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with multicultural clients or in a multicultural environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
