Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance selling strategies.
Skills
- Focus on building relationships.
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using a CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
