As an Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to build ownership in a fulfilling and lucrative career by advising clients who are actively seeking retirement and life insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Motivate Sales Teams: Inspire, guide, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance targets.

- Set Clear Goals: Establish performance metrics, sales quotas, and strategic objectives for the team to drive business growth.

- Provide Ongoing Coaching: Offer personalized coaching, mentorship, and support to team members, helping them refine their skills and excel in their roles.

- Conduct Regular Sales Training: Develop and deliver sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

- Foster a Collaborative Team Environment: Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and healthy competition among sales team members.

- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track team performance using data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

- Drive Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing strategies to increase market reach and sales effectiveness.

- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Develop Incentive Programs: Implement reward and recognition programs to keep the team motivated and engaged in achieving goals.

- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with company leadership to align team objectives with broader business goals and contribute to strategic planning.

- Apply Training - Conduct personalized financial needs analyses, crafting tailored plans to support your clients' retirement, life insurance, and debt freedom goals
