Position Details

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.

Duties
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Pursue new business and relationships through a variety of mediums not limited to attending events, contacting businesses by phone, email and social media, sponsorships and such.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Utilize our internal communications system and CRM tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Negotiate small projects and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth when applicable.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our services.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a marketing, creative or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.

- Natural self-starter with strong capabilities in pivoting with different types of people and clients.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically about market opportunities.
- Familiarity with prior CRM and/or sales management systems highly desirable (the fortune is in the follow up).
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully (and we'll teach you a bit more about techniques, how to close even better, and how to sell our services).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,500.00 per month
