We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join us on a commission-based structure.

Job Summary:
Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong client relationships? As a Business Development Specialist at Talent Tactics, your primary role will be to identify and secure new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for landing new clients, driving revenue, and contributing to the growth of our firm. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is motivated by the potential for unlimited earning potential.

Duties:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Present Talent Tactics' services to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value we bring.
  • We need you to bring in clients and jobs!
  • Use social media weekly to develop an ongoing business pipeline
  • Identify strategies and get creative to generate leads and sales in your region
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell other lines of business
  • Follow-up with and engage current clients to cultivate repeat business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and match them with our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to bring in new business.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • We need this person to be a go-getter, not intimidated by connecting with others outside of the comfort zone of their computer, and who can lock in leads
  • What You’ll Bring Minimum of 3-5 years prior successful experience in heavy outbound B2B sales
  • Prior staffing experience is required with a proven track record of success
  • Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and social media platforms for research
  • Positive energy and a passionate desire to help grow the business as your own!
  • Drive and persistence to reach high levels of activity to reach your sales goals
  • Experience using LinkedIn and social media platforms for research
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, intrinsic motivation, outwardly contagious and motivational demeanor, excitement to connect and collaborate!
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Coachable and open to receiving constructive and specific feedback to help you sell effectively and efficiently at Talent Tactics– you are eager to learn every day and pivot quickly towards progress!
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Reporting Structure: Report directly to CEO - Talent Tactics

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
