Position Details

We are a small digital marketing AI agency set to amplify exponentially in 2024.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to jump in, roll up their sleeves and assist with growing our new products and services.

This position is remote so you can work on your schedule!

Requirements: You must have a laptop with WiFi availability and be available exclusively for work 5-15 hours per week. This will be mostly on your schedule, but you also need to be available for scheduled meetings, team touch bases, and client meetings. We need only reliable self-guided and disciplined individuals who can own this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

DUTIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales or business development role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Social media/digital marketing knowledge/experience is a plus
- Must be a self-guided, self-starter

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
