Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our company. You will play a critical role in our continued growth by identifying new markets, engaging with potential clients, and representing our brand in the senior living industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the senior-living industry within specific territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including home care agencies and healthcare providers
- Conduct research on potential clients, their needs, and their competitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, and track progress through our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the home care or senior living industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
