We are seeking an energetic Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and building authentic, strong client relationships. This part-time, contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing organization, while being provided opportunities to grow and develop in your career.
## Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients that meet our company's ideal client profiles
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new client relationships
- Manage key account relationships and build long-term relationships with clients
- Engage in activities and outreach to expand the client base
- Provide insights and feedback to improve our service offerings and strategies
## Experience
- Proven experience in sales, account management, business development or related field
- Understanding of accounting services and the ability to communicate its value is extremely helpful
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the abaility to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 8 per week
