Job Summary:
The Client Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our CPA firm by identifying and acquiring new clients. This remote contract position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing the opportunity for significant earnings based on performance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills, a deep understanding of accounting services, and a proven track record in client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients for the CPA firm.
- Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities and target industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Present and promote the firm's services to potential clients through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
- Collaborate with the firm's partners and team members to tailor service offerings to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring smooth transitions to the firm's service delivery team.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client acquisition metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's client acquisition processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of CPA services and the accounting industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based contract position, offering a competitive commission structure with the potential for significant earnings based on performance. Details of the commission plan will be discussed during the interview process.
