Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Coaching Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales with potential coaching clients. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential for high performers.

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales with potential coaching clients through scheduled calls.
  • Report all calls made and sales completed to the Lead Manager daily, with records submitted by 5 PM EST on Thursdays for the Friday WIN meeting.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate value propositions, handle objections, and engage potential clients in meaningful conversations.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Expertise in convincing clients to see the value of coaching services and closing deals effectively.
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility in handling different types of clients and adjusting your sales approach based on the situation.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software to track leads and sales activities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and offer solutions that align with both the client’s needs and the company’s goals.

Compensation:

  • $1,500 commission for each signed client.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible but consistent
