We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling campaigns and converting prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to potential clients using provided lead lists
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies
- Present our marketing services professionally and articulate their value to prospects
- Record detailed notes and contact information in our CRM system
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to think critically and respond to objections professionally
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, social media)
