We're based in New York City with a global footprint that extends to London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney and beyond. It includes customization services worldwide, a manufacturing R&D lab in San Francisco, and a specialized R&D team in Portland.

About the Role:

We are searching for an Account Executive Contractor to help grow our Digital business. In this role, you will seek and identify new potential customers of our SaaS platform that enables product customization at scale, partner with our marketing team to drive leads from target markets and specific customers you help identify and establish a relationship with the target client to ultimately closing sales.

You will focus on revenue generation and driving new business. A substantial amount of time will be spent meeting clients, learning about their needs, and working with the CreateMe team to develop tailored solutions based on our world-class platform.

As part of the CreateMe Commercialization team, you will also provide administrative support your colleagues, both as a means of onboarding as well as to maximize sales. If you're someone who has 2+ years experience in inside sales selling online applications and are ready to take on new business development, or if you're someone who is already generating new business selling online applications, then this contract role is for you! This is expected to be a 3-6 month contract engagement with the potential to convert to full time employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of CreateMe digital products using your knowledge of ecommerce or other SaaS solutions
  • Address technology conceptual challenges during the sales process
  • Maintain a high level of relevant product and service knowledge to have meaningful conversations with potential and existing clients
  • Grow and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy and how to penetrate a new market

Client Interaction, Engagement, and Understanding

  • Uncover and understand client business goals, articulating the solution/deliverables that the client requires, as opposed to the products that they need to buy
  • Articulate our value propositions throughout all steps in the sales process
  • Conduct functional gap analysis and address business issues raised by clients
  • Prepare and conduct client workshops and presentations
  • Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals with clients to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets

Opportunity Identification and Sales Closing

  • Identify new sales opportunities within an account and work with the CreateMe teams to drive them to closure
  • Pursue and land qualified leads identified by the wider sales team and other lead generation sources
  • Scope and document solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Identify, assess and highlight client risks that could prove detrimental to the client's organization and credibility

Administrative:

  • Setup demo bookings for new inbound enquiries / leads
  • Assist with Hubspot management, updating detailed information on deals by proactively seeking out updates
  • Manage scheduling of client meetings between external and internal teams
  • Draft, distribute and track Order Forms, SOWs and contracts generated by the sales team
  • Create decks in conjunction with account manager and manage deck storage
  • Support Account Managers in their role to get deals closed
  • Ensure good order of process is followed by the team

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • Previous experience selling online applications (digital) products to global brands
  • Sound and demonstrable understanding of ecommerce or similar SaaS solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of maturity, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality in all matters
  • Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and Mac or Windows OS
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior time-management and organizational skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • You bring positive energy and are approachable

Additional Skills/Abilities (Nice to Haves):

  • Apparel/brand experience
  • 3D Configurator experience
  • Existing rolodex of relevant connections to the apparel brand, fashion, events and/or technology space
  • Previous experience using or administering Hubspot
