Digital Sales Associate - Topline
Topline is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Sales Associate to join our growing software sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities as well as retaining and expanding accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients via phone, email, social media, and webinars
- Deliver presentations and product demos to showcase our software capabilities
- Answer incoming calls and queries in a professional manner
- Utilize CRM to manage deal flow and identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain updated knowledge of Topline’s solutions and pricing to effectively convey value
- Work closely with account management on renewal conversations and upsell opportunities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by retaining and growing assigned book of business
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other teams
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in inside sales or customer-facing sales role
- Ability to independently source new sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Persistent follow up approach to move deals through sales funnel
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
