Expectation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead our company's growth initiative. This will be the first marketing hire, and this role will be heavily responsible for driving the growth of the Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion solely through acquiring new accounts.

• Pay is 35% COMMISSION on each account. Once total accounts have reached a threshold (e.g., $10k in monthly spend), there will be an equity option of ~10%.

Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients and expand market reach

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals

Skills

- Expereince growing / scaling start ups

- Expereince in tech / SAAS a must

- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
