Position Details

We are looking for talented and passionate eCommerce Coaches to join our team on a contract basis and help our students start and grow successful eCommerce businesses.

About the Role

As an eCommerce Coach, you'll guide students through their eCommerce journey. You'll work with a diverse group of individuals, from beginners to those already generating revenue, helping them develop roadmaps, solve specific challenges, and stay accountable to their plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Roadmaps: Create tailored plans to help students start and grow their eCommerce businesses.
  • 1:1 Coaching: Conduct monthly, 1-hour video calls to address specific business challenges.
  • Weekly Check-ins: Ensure students are following their roadmap through regular communication.
  • Q&A Sessions: Participate in coaching calls with our CEO.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure your coaching sessions receive a Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 9.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Background working in ecommerce companies that have reached six figures or more, whether in the startup or growth stage.
  • Expertise: Knowledge in product validation, sourcing & manufacturing, logistics, digital marketing, operations/project management, financial planning, etc.
  • Skills: Strong coaching and communication abilities, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Location: Preferably operating in the US/UK/EU/CA/AU/NZ markets.

Time Commitment

This contract position offers flexibility, allowing you to choose hours that fit your schedule. Expect around 3-5 hours per student per month, including monthly 1-hour calls, weekly check-ins, and daily text-based support.

Our Students

Our students range from complete beginners to those making over $500K annually. They are all looking to start and grow their eCommerce stores.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
