Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US market and a proven track record in building and leading local sales teams. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving outbound revenue growth by establishing relationships with offices and firms, introducing our product, and closing deals. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process within your assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Identify and target key offices and firms in the tax and accounting industry to introduce TaxDome's software solution.
  • Build and manage a high-performing “feed on the ground” sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, within target accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies, messaging, and collateral materials.
  • Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to the clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of TaxDome's solutions visiting them in person
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
  • Track sales metrics, generate accurate forecasts, and provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline status to the executive team.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and developments, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or in person sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the accounting industry and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Previous experience building and leading local sales teams, driving them to exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to drive complex deals to completion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Salary:

The salary for the Regional Sales Manager position at TaxDome will be competitive and commensurate with experience. The specific salary range will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, and prior sales management experience. As a guideline, the salary for this role typically falls within the range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year. Additionally, TaxDome offers a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus, remote work, and other perks. Final salary and benefits will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the hiring process.
