*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building for owner/operators.
*Duties*
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue
- Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct walkthroughs to showcase store design and products.
- Manage assigned territory effectively to meet sales targets
- Utilize sales management techniques to track progress and optimize performance
- Engage in inside sales activities to support overall sales objectives
- Execute cold calling initiatives to expand the customer base
*Skills*
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Proven experience in outside B2B sales with a strong understanding of franchise sales principles
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to manage territories efficiently and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Familiarity with sales management techniques to drive results
- Strong cold calling skills with a focus on lead generation
- Franchise or related B2B sales experience is required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $7,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
