Position Details

  • Headway Vision is seeking an ambitious Freelance Business Developer to join our team on a commission basis to help expand our web development, blockchain, digital marketing, and IT consulting services.. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building business relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new clients, particularly within the tech and digital services sector, to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients through various channels (networking, cold outreach, social media, etc.).
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential target markets.
  • Sales Pitch and Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales pitches, present services, and negotiate terms to secure new business deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand service offerings, client expectations, and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in a freelance or commission-based capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
  • A solid understanding of the tech and digital services sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation software is a plus.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role, with earnings directly linked to business generated.
  • High commission rates, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
