She’s the founder of Bold Brave Me and Elite Pro Coaching and is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High-Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a knack for connecting with people and a passion for transforming lives, this could be your dream job.

This remote position is ideal for sales professionals who are skilled at selling High Ticket coaching programs over the phone and via Zoom. The successful candidate will focus on reaching out to individuals using different avenues as required to meet goals.

As our Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, helping them understand the value of our coaching programs and how we can empower them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

The Role

This role has a direct impact on our ambitious growth goals. You'll receive warm, inbound leads and masterfully guide potential clients through the decision-making process. Deploy your full arsenal of closing strategies, overcome objections with empathy, and inspire individuals to invest in a future they may only now be imagining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Enrollments: Conduct engaging outbound and inbound sales calls while actively utilizing social selling strategies to close high-ticket programs.
  • Generate and Nurture Leads: Proactively generate up to 20 calls a week through organic and outbound methods, while expertly nurturing warm leads. Utilize your expertise in coaching or fundraising to identify potential clients and opportunities through cold calls and emails.
  • Cultivate Meaningful Connections: Build strong connections, addressing concerns, and showcasing the unparalleled value of our programs.
  • Meet Ambitious Growth Targets: Contribute to a $150,000 monthly revenue goal (minimum) by closing approximately 30 units of our mid-level coaching programs.
  • Update Sales Pipeline Regularly: Diligently log and update all client interactions, progress, and status changes in the CRM to maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Comprehensive Sales Reporting: Responsible for compiling and submitting detailed sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Navigate Objections with Grace: Become an expert in handling objections. Your confidence and deep understanding of our programs will inspire unwavering commitment.
  • Champion Client Dreams: Immerse yourself in the dreams and goals of potential clients, offering tailored guidance and solutions. Your genuine care will be evident in every interaction.

Outcomes & KPIs

We're results-driven! This high-impact role includes:

  • Revenue Target: $150,000 in new business revenue monthly (minimum)
  • Call Volume: Take 5-6 inbound calls daily, aiming for a 20% minimum "live call" closing ratio while making outbound calls for lead generation.
  • Lead Generation: Generate up to 20 additional calls per week through proactive and outbound strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Contribute to team success through daily/weekly huddles, reports, and data tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Previous experience in high-ticket sales, with a focus on coaching or fundraising, (2 years minimum)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of coaching methodologies or fundraising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for making a difference.
  • Previous experience using zoom and also leading a PowerPoint presentation.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel a couple times a year for events or other functions as deemed necessary by the organization.

Compensation:

20% commission - Uncapped, lucrative commission structure designed to reward top performers.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Minimum $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Must have availability to commit to whatever it takes to meet goals.
  • Must be available for weekly morning huddles (daily through training)

Work setting:

· This is a remote position and can be anywhere in the U.S., with travel required for some events.

· *Must have reliable internet and computer that will effectively work with Zoom, email, calendars, Google Drives, etc.

· *Must also have the ability/understanding to use these tools.

Job Type: Contract
