Position Details

Are you a highly motivated and talented salesperson with a passion for closing deals? Cleanbnb, a leading Home and Airbnb Cleaning Service provider, is looking to hire 3 ambitious and commission-driven sales representatives to help grow our client base. This is a 1099 Only Position. We are offering an exciting opportunity to earn high commissions by bringing in and only closing leads for our home cleaning services. This is a new package that we will be offering to prospects who are interested in our services.

What You’ll Do:
- Make cold calls to potential clients (all leads will be provided).
- Pitch and sell high-ticket home cleaning packages, tailored to client needs.
- Close deals and bring in home cleaning contracts for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services.
- Meet weekly sales goals and help drive the growth of our cleaning business.

What We Offer:
- Commission-Based: Earn up to $200 for each 3-month package, $300 for each 6-month package, and $450 for each 12-month package sold. Full commission breakdown will be explained if you are hired.
- Opportunity to become a full-time salesperson based on performance. The top two performers will be offered a permanent full-time position after an evaluation period.
- All leads provided—focus purely on sales and closing deals.

-CRM and Auto-Dailer: You will be provided with a CRM and auto-dialer to make cold calls to prospects to call and close on home cleaning leads.
- Flexibility to work remotely.

What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Talent: Proven ability to cold call and close deals. Strong persuasion, objection handling, relationship building, nurturing and communication skills.
- Sales Pitch: As part of the interview process, you will be asked to deliver a mock sales pitch.
- References: Must provide references to demonstrate past sales performance.
- Driven by Commission: You are motivated by the potential to earn through high commissions and thrive in a performance-based role.
