Job Title: Independent Commission-Only Sales Representative

Position Overview: The Web Flex is seeking dynamic and results-driven independent commission-only sales representatives to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell our premium baseball and softball protective screens to schools, sports facilities, and Parks and Recreation departments. If you’re passionate about sports and have a knack for sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping improve safety in youth sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including schools, sports organizations, and municipal Parks and Recreation departments.
- Present The Web Flex’s protective screens, emphasizing their benefits and features to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Develop a personal sales strategy to effectively target and penetrate the market.
- Track sales activities and client interactions using provided tools and resources.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and provide feedback on promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in sports equipment or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of baseball and softball is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is advantageous.
