Breaking Barriers of WNY is committed to connecting businesses with skilled talent from the refugee community. We provide Temp-to-Hire, Temporary Staffing, and Direct Hire solutions across the manufacturing, hospitality, and construction industries.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, expanding our market presence, and driving growth for our staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract new business clients in the manufacturing, hospitality, and construction sectors.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and presentations to convert leads into clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing, hospitality, or construction industries.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.

Compensation:

  • Commission Splits: Competitive commission structure for successful client acquisitions and ongoing business development.
  • Flexible Schedule: Remote work with the flexibility to set your own hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
