We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representatives to join our team and expand our reach.
Position Overview:
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our commercial LED lighting products through utility company rebate programs. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and build relationships with commercial clients to help them take advantage of significant rebates and energy savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential commercial clients who can benefit from our LED lighting solutions and rebate programs.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our LED lighting solutions and the associated rebate programs.
- Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver customized presentations that outline the cost savings, rebate opportunities, and return on investment for potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to project implementation.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial lighting or energy efficiency sector.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Networking Abilities: Established connections within the commercial sector or utility industry are a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary with Commission: Aggressive commission structure with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
