About AgileLaw:
AgileLaw is at the forefront of providing innovative deposition management software for law firms, court reporters, and legal teams. Our paperless deposition solution streamlines workflows, enabling legal professionals to work more efficiently. As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to help drive our growth by bringing in new clients.

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and converting leads,
conducting product demos, and closing sales. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for sales professionals who are self-driven and thrive on performance-based compensation. If you are an ambitious sales expert looking for an opportunity where your earning potential is directly tied to your results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media).
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities, ensuring an organized approach to moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in an inside sales or commission-based sales role, preferably within a SaaS or legal technology environment
  • Ability to communicate product value effectively through presentations and demos.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills
  • Highly self-motivated, able to thrive in a performance-driven role
  • Knowledge of the legal or tech industries is a plus

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
