As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to help drive our growth by bringing in new clients.
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and converting leads,
conducting product demos, and closing sales. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for sales professionals who are self-driven and thrive on performance-based compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media).
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities, ensuring an organized approach to moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in an inside sales or commission-based sales role, preferably within a SaaS or legal technology environment
- Ability to communicate product value effectively through presentations and demos.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools
- Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Highly self-motivated, able to thrive in a performance-driven role
- Knowledge of the legal or tech industries is a plus
Compensation
