- Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
- Market and sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Handle sales administration tasks efficiently
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or insurance sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance policies clearly
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess or willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
