About BinBettr:
Welcome to BinBettr, an innovative waste management startup with roots in Charlotte. We offer unique and catered waste management solutions in Charlotte, Lake Norman, Lake Wylie, and surrounding suburbs. We're looking to add a motivated and savvy salesperson to our team to help us expand our reach, tap into new markets, and take this company to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Prospecting: Identify and research potential new customers and partnerships, utilizing various methods and platforms to build a list of high-quality leads.
- Emailing/Calling: Contacting potential customers and partners via phone and email to book in-person and/or virtual meetings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities and provide regular updates on lead status and sales progress.
- Research: Stay informed about new partnership and customer acquisition opportunities to enhance lead generation strategies.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, plus the ability to craft compelling emails and effectively handle cold calls with consistent process improvement.
- Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a part-time, flexible work environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced start-up setting, while willing to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Sales experience preferred but not required, as long as you can demonstrate necessary skills, attitude, and initiative

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $500.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 per week
