About The Position
We’re looking for a marketing account manager to maintain and build the relationship with our clients. The position is US based, but remote. Clients span from UK time, East Coast Time, to Pacific Time.
Tasks:
- Proactively respond to client messages in Slack (within 24 hrs so no need to stare at your screen all day).
- Attend and manage client meetings (twice a month max)
- Ensure projects are completed by the team in a timely manner (7 day turnaround time)
- Review and QA work before sending to the client
- Create tickets for work to be created by the marketing team
- Manage timelines and plan projects with the marketing team and Clients
- Weekly meetings to sync with marketing team
- Strategize with the marketing team on how to best help the client grow
- Upsell clients on additional marketing channels (that fit with their needs)
- Find, pitch, and close new clients in the finance market
Requirements:
- 2 years of SEO experience in the finance space with proven results
- 1 year of experience in PPC with proven results
- Relevant experience in social media marketing with proven results
- 1-2 years experience in content marketing with proven results
- Communicate effectively, proactively, and clearly
- Empathy for clients and marketing team
- Ability to explain complex marketing concepts in simple terms for clients’ understanding
- Ability to understand marketing data insights and explain their business and revenue impact to clients
- 25 hours a week dedicated to Crescendo.

Compensation
- $37 per hour
- 10% rolling commission on net new sales for the lifetime of the sale
- This is a freelance position
