Position Details

Job Title: Inbound/Outbound Sales Consultant Level 2
Location: 100% remote
Duration: Initial 8 month contract
Pay Rate: $20-22.00/hr


Be available to consult with small business prospects contacting QuickBooks - Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals - Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition - Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach - Champion the Client Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited - Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics - Partner with FLLs to ensure participation and engagement of the sales teams supported


  • Call center background is very helpful
  • Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc. – does not necessarily need to be SaaS experience
  • Someone who wants to be in Sales – working to convert shoppers to buyers
  • Full cycle selling – Understanding the need to placing the order
  • Someone who can handle working in multiple software systems
  • Will handle a high volume of calls and/or chats
  • Will be working to sell addressing up to 5 different product lines: Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, QB Core Product (Desktop and Cloud)

Candidates will need to know and agree to the following: 1) Initially, candidates will likely work a later shift. The business closes at 9pm EST. 2) Client, not the agency determines your work schedule 3) Absences during the 9 weeks of training period are not permitted and cause for dismissal. 4) Candidates will need to complete a learner's agreement form during the initial screenings with TA. "No" to any question will require a discussion to set expectations.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
