Looking for a highly motivated person to help with sales by responding to sales lead questions via phone, email & chat. Move the sales conversations forward by providing Zoom sales product consultations, quotes and addressing issues & concerns. No cold calling required.
Provide 1st level support for existing customers primarily via chat & email with some calls.
Training and mentoring is provided during the first 8 weeks, with weekly coaching ongoing. This opportunity is a great way to develop your sales career, as you learn and practice solution sales to larger organizations.
Work with Zoho CRM, Books, Intercom, GoCodes B2B SaaS software and mobile apps.
Once training is completed, a sales commission will be provided based on your monthly sales performance.
Work within US Central Time hours.
Must have quiet, dedicated professional home office space, high speed reliable Internet for Zoom calls.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support or related role
- Knowledge of CRM ERP Tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical sales or technology sales background preferred
- Business development skills
- Confident in learning and applying new skills
