Remote & Flexible Sales Role with Uncapped Earning Potential!

Are you ready to take control of your income with a fully remote, flexible role? At Grounded Properties Land, we’re looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in land sales. Your earning potential is in your hands, with all leads provided.

What You’ll Gain:

Growth & Support: We offer full training to set you up for success. You’ll have the guidance of a dedicated team and ongoing coaching to help you excel.
Uncapped Earnings: After training, you’ll move to a commission-based role, allowing you to build long-term, passive income. Our current Sales Rep earned an average of $4,400 per month part-time in her first year, with plenty of room to grow.
Qualified Leads Provided: We supply warm leads daily, so you can focus on connecting with prospects and closing deals.

Key Skills to Succeed:
Persistence & Drive: Success depends on overcoming challenges and consistently exceeding sales metrics.
Strong Communicator: You’ll spend 70% of your time on the phone, so confidence and strong written communication skills are essential.
Relationship Builder: Connecting with 10–20+ prospects daily means you’ll need excellent people skills to build rapport.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Keep our CRM up to date to track your deals and keep them moving forward.
Sales or Land Experience: Experience in sales or land real estate will set you up for success.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with real estate concepts (e.g., land features like slope and utilities) is a plus.
Compensation:
Training Period: $120–$150 per week for 3 weeks (based on experience), plus $100–$250 per sale.

Commission-Based Income: After training, your income is based on commissions with passive earnings from each sale. There’s no cap on what you can earn!

This Job Is Not for You If:

You’re looking for or expect a salary—this is a commission-based role where income starts small but will not stay small. The more effort you put in, the more you’ll earn over time. Our current Sales Rep, in their first year, has been consistently earning around $4,400 a month, and their income continues to rise!
You have no sales experience—sales or land experience is required.
You’re uncomfortable making frequent phone calls—most of your time will be spent engaging with prospects over the phone.
You’re not self-motivated—success in this role requires persistence and the drive to push through challenges and reach your goals.
You’re not interested in a long-term opportunity—this role is for those who want to build a career with growth potential over time.

Qualifications / Skills Needed:

Qualifications:
Amazing communication skills and persistence.
Excellent at listening and qualifying leads
Strong computer and internet skills.
Ability to communicate with buyers via phone, email, and text.
Reliable internet connection for remote work and quiet space to do so.
Training in software and systems will be provided.
Regular Weekday and Weekend availability is required. (10-20 hours per week)
