Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all commercial print and binding needs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide expert advice on production options, materials, and distribution strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of print projects, from initial order placement to final delivery
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling print services to existing clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
- Provide timely and accurate quotes, proposals, and order specifications to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Act as a liaison between clients and production facilities, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in sales or account management required. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in print sales or other print production processes, materials, and technologies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
