#Your Role in a Nutshell:
Looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and results-driven sales and support specialist. The Sales and Customer support Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the platform's growth by engaging with potential students and parents, providing excellent customer service, and supporting current students and parents with their needs. This role involves a combination of sales, customer support, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
# Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and provide information about programs and offerings.
- Conduct virtual tours and presentations to showcase the company's unique value proposition.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed enrollment targets and sales goals.
Customer Support:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to current students and parents regarding their inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve issues related to enrollment, tuition payments, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and parents in the CRM system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and enrollment packages.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and events for prospective and current students.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
# Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred. Also proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience with email marketing and automation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools (Hubspot, Chatbox).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
