What does a Sales Associate do?
- Prospect for new business opportunities for our sales department through a
- combination of cold outreach and contacting warm inbound leads by phone, email, and social media messages.
- Partner with your account executive team to help generate meetings
- Attend meetings with your sales team and take notes.
- Create and prioritize target accounts and contact lists.
- Conduct high-level professional conversations and written correspondence with executives in prospect accounts.growth.basis.
Essential duties of our Trial Associates include the following:
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue
- Achieve monthly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities on a consistent
- Initiate high-volume of outbound phone and email campaigns
- Pipeline management
- Execute the long-term nurturing process
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of each client’s requirements, value proposition, services offerings, and long-term goals
- Strive to ascend to the next level in our organization

- Prior B2B sales development/business development experience
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track development new pipeline
- Excellent communication and fundamental selling skills
- Present, promote products/services to prospective customers

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must currently reside in the United States of America.
- Completion of High School or equivalent is mandatory.
- Prior experience (at least a year) in sales/marketing will give you an edge.
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven as well as a team player.
- Familiarity with data entry and competent computer skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Availability between 10 am - 5 pm from Monday to Friday, with flexibility in selecting your hours.
- And if have insights into the martial arts industry, it'll be a fantastic bonus!
