Position Details

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and business development, with a focus on technology products. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage clients through warm and outbound calling, and a passion for driving sales growth. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in warm calling, outbound calling, and building rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong business development acumen with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
