Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in warm calling, outbound calling, and building rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Strong business development acumen with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
