Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow a sales team from the ground up. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sales initiatives, working closely with the CEO, and contributing to the overall success of Desert West Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set sales goals, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the CEO, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position our offerings to potential clients.
  • Work from home with flexible hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
  • Enjoy unlimited PTO and competitive commission-based pay with the potential for significant earnings.

Qualifications:

  • A driven, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Open to working with a growing business and adapting to evolving needs and challenges.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and potential over specific experience.
