Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow a sales team from the ground up. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sales initiatives, working closely with the CEO, and contributing to the overall success of Desert West Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the CEO to set sales goals, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the CEO, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position our offerings to potential clients.

- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and potential over specific experience.
