Softvoya is a European company that is actively launched and developed in the US market and now we want to scale in the Southeastern United States, and we’re looking for IT Sales Manager in this region for a remote job.

What you will do:

  • An energetic salesperson who targets new customers and develops relationships with key decision-makers in middle-level companies. The role includes prospect engagement, analyzing prospect needs, recognizing opportunities, and presenting Softvoya solutions and services, all with the primary goal to continuously build a viable pipeline.
  • Strong hunter who can uncover new clients and new sales opportunities. Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
  • Participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition via presentations over the phone, webinars, and customer meetings.
  • Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales.

Who you are:

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience selling within sales of software development.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, including any of the following: Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Performance Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Intelligence.
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people.
  • Able to work independently, take the initiative with minimal supervision, yet participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed.
  • Dynamic communicator, with excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience creating and presenting engaging customer presentations to all levels of leadership, including C-level, organized, entrepreneurial, self-starter with applications sales experience, with a focus on building relationships, executing vision, and achieving quota.
  • Highly developed selling and customer relations with negotiation skills being desired.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What we can offer you:

Base Salary: 60,000$ (gross) per year.

Commission: 5% of revenue from your signed contracts.
