The New Business Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales efforts to acquire new clients for our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies to identify and engage prospective customers, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of SaaS products and services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving new business growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team and make a significant impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new SaaS clients.
Own and manage assigned budget to exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Identify and prioritize potential clients through various lead generation methods.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.
Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture within the team.
Implement and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage client information.
Monitor sales team performance and provide regular performance metrics and reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budget projections.
Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and product offerings as necessary.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of successful SaaS sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and services.
Transactional and strategic sales management experience.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools including Salesforce and Salesloft.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
Ability to travel up to 15%.

National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $96,400- $179,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
