#### **Job Summary:**
The Seasoned Sales Representative will be responsible for selling emergency lighting system packages and upfitting services to a diverse range of clients, including law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other emergency service providers. This role requires a deep understanding of the emergency vehicle upfitting industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the emergency vehicle upfitting market.
- Present, promote, and sell emergency lighting system packages and upfitting services to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service and support, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
#### **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
-Law Enforcement Background /First Responders Background a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the emergency vehicle upfitting industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems, vehicle upfitting processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events.
