Cyberkraft provides professional cybersecurity training to individuals, corporate teams, and government agencies. Our in-depth training courses combine video modules, review sessions, prep materials, and practice exams to give our clients all they need to feel confident in their knowledge of the material.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Understanding of cybersecurity certifications
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical individuals
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

This position pays a 25% commission on all sales. Typical product sales range from $2,000 - $3,500 per enrollment. Bonuses are paid for top performers.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
