Position Details

**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales, business development, and outside sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join a fast-paced and innovative company, utilizing your skills in retail sales, software sales, and market research to succeed. **Duties:** - Utilize cold calling and prospecting to identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets. - Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. - Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase software capabilities to potential clients. - Identify and leverage market trends to stay ahead of the competition. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Identify and communicate the value proposition of our software to potential customers. - Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay competitive. **Requirements:** - Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail sales, software sales, or outside sales industry. - Strong understanding of business development and market research. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. - Experience with cold calling and prospecting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technology. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing. **Skills:** - Retail sales - Software sales - Market - Direct sales - Sales - Business development - Outside sales - Manage - Cold calling
