We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes. This role involves engaging with clients, managing territories, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The Sales Representative will be responsible for both inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling and upselling our software solutions to meet market demands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calls to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage territory sales by creating strategic plans to meet sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features that meet their needs.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, product performance, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in territory management or outside sales roles.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of the software industry and its market dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services successfully.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
