Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing territory sales, and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for lead generation and territory management to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking efforts, focusing on both B2B and retail sales channels.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth within your territory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in direct sales or territory management roles.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 80 per week
