Job Description:

Are you passionate about wellness and driven by sales? Retreat is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our small but mighty team. In this commission-based, remote position, you’ll be responsible for selling Retreat as an employee health benefit to corporate clients. This role requires managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients for Retreat's wellness offerings.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends to refine sales strategies and provide feedback to the team.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in health and wellness, SaaS, or employee benefits.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing the full sales cycle.
  • Passion for wellness and mental health.
