• Position Title: Senior Account Executive, Digital Marketing Sales (1099 Contractor / 100% Commission), Remote

Job Overview: This Is A Sales Position. We are conducting a nation-wide search for 4 highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Sales Representatives to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This position has a highly lucrative commission plan and focuses on closing sales for digital marketing services, leads provided. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in digital marketing sales, showcasing expertise in selling websites, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and related services.

Responsibilities:

• Closing sales for digital marketing services.
• Phone prospecting required.
• Conduct sales presentations over Google Meet.
• Leverage company approved leads.
• Highly proficient communicator.
• Ability to highlight the value proposition.
• Build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to maintain long term account relationships
• Work with internal processes to meet the needs of each of your customers.
• Work cooperatively with other sales team members and leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of successful experience in selling digital marketing services (websites, SEO, social media, etc.) or the equivalent.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in conducting video sales presentations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Have a "Hunter" mindset. "Harvesters" need not apply.
• The ability to make 60-100 outbound calls daily.
• This position does not offer benefits and operates on a 1099 contractor basis.

Compensation:

We offer a unique 120% sales commission program tailored to incentivize our sales representatives while ensuring sustainable revenue growth. Here's how it works:

• Sales representatives earn 40% of the first month revenue of a 12-month contract.
• Sales representatives receive 80% additional compensation over 8 months at 10% per month.
