Job Overview:
We are seeking three highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Executives to join our team as independent contractors. This is a high-energy sales role focused on closing deals for digital marketing services, including websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Our team will provide leads, and the position offers a highly competitive commission structure. The ideal candidates should have a strong history of success in digital marketing sales and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales for digital marketing services, utilizing company-provided leads.
• Conduct outbound calls and sales presentations via Google Meet.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
• Present and articulate the benefits of digital marketing services to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing sales (e.g., websites, SEO, social media).
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in conducting video-based sales presentations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven with a proactive "hunter" mindset.
• Ability to make 60-100 outbound calls daily.
• Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.

Compensation:
We offer a unique, 120% commission plan designed to reward high performance:

• Initial Commission: Earn 40% of the first month's revenue for a 12-month contract.
• Ongoing Compensation: Receive an additional 80% of the first month's revenue spread over 8 months, at 10% per month.

This structure provides a substantial earning opportunity for successful sales representatives.
