Social Jazz is looking for a talented, results-driven, persistent, highly motivated individual to be our Sales Associate. In this role you will serve as the face of the company to prospective customers. You’ll be the first line of communication between the company and prospects. As an SA you will share our message, build professional relationships, and generate new business for the company. Great SAs will also impact other areas of the company beyond sales including marketing, support, and operations. Essential Job Functions- Identify and prospect new potential clients.- Research companies to determine fit.- Reach out to prospects to gauge interest.- Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.- Make around 40-80 cold calls per day.- Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations.- Create and develop new opportunities for your pipeline.- Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.- Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures.- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results- Additional job-related duties as requiredSkills and Abilities- Outstanding phone, written, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills- Ability to build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs- Ability to demonstrate a technical product- Experience with CRM software preferred- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiencyEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred- 1 - 3 years’ experience or equivalent in salesPhysical Requirements:- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
