Position Details

Ohlinger Studios (a certified woman-owned small business) and Enlight Media are partner companies seeking a visionary Sales Representative for our new product line, DEI in Context. This video-based online program effectively integrates history into an organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Drawing on our vast experience in K-12, higher education, and workforce learning content development, as well as educational and marketing video creation, we developed DEI in Context to fulfill our joint mission of effecting meaningful change. We believe that knowing better compels us to do better, and we're looking for a passionate representative who can deeply understand and promote this vision.

This experienced sales representative will have a proven track record in product sales and a deep commitment to the value of DEI to:

  • Leverage existing networks and actively develop new connections within DEI sectors, corporate training, and education to generate and convert leads into customers
  • Thoroughly learn the features and benefits of DEI in Context, becoming a true expert and ambassador for the program
  • Help cultivate and expand the network of DEI in Context champions across diverse markets
  • Develop and deliver compelling, tailored presentations that effectively showcase DEI in Context
  • Strategically use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to engage with DEI communities and grow our online presence

Compensation: Subcontractor position; $35.00 - $50.00/hour (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

The time commitment is 20 hours per week, with an opportunity for growth. Work is fully virtual.
