Position Details

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Virtual Sales Navigator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and customer engagement. The Virtual Sales Navigator will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential leads, managing and nurturing client relationships, and assisting with sales strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through various online platforms and databases.

Outreach: Conduct outreach activities including email campaigns, phone calls, and social media engagement to establish connections and generate interest.

Client Management: Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships by providing timely follow-ups and support.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and provide insights on market trends.

Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, client interactions, and sales progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
