Location: Remote in the Sacramento Area

Position Overview:

We are excited to announce a newly created position for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and building strong relationships within the business community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in networking, sales, and client acquisition, with a talent for identifying and fostering partnerships that lead to client referrals. In addition to sales responsibilities, this role will also involve marketing efforts to enhance our brand visibility and attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and grow our business.

- Network with other businesses and industry professionals to build and maintain relationships that can lead to client referrals.

- Identify potential partners and cultivate relationships to generate business opportunities.

- Represent NC Business Group, at conferences, events, and presentations, showcasing our services and value proposition.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners.

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

- Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand.

- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.

- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.


- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the business operations or consulting industry.

- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to travel to attend conferences, events, and client meetings as required.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


- Hourly rate plus commission.
